  • 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 1clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded to 1/2 inch thick
  • 4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 (6-inch) flatbreads
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 tomato slices
  • 1 ripe, Fresh Hass Avocado, seeded, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
  • Low-fat ranch dressing, as needed

  • 1. In a sealable plastic bag, combine vinegar, oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Add chicken, close and rotate to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • 2. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Grill chicken over medium hot coals for 4 minutes per side, turning once. Remove chicken from grill and slice into 1/2-inch strips.
  • 3. Warm flatbreads on grill.
  • 4. Lay out flatbreads and top one half of each with lettuce, tomato, chicken, bacon and avocado.

To serve, drizzle with dressing and fold flatbreads in half.
